# Brand deposits, credits and refunds

Brand deposits and credits are not refundable to a bank account.

This section forms part of the GIMI General Terms of Use.

All amounts a Brand deposits onto the Platform — including organization-balance top-ups, campaign funding, and any credits recorded on a Brand’s GIMI account — are final once received. Those deposits are **not refundable** to the Brand’s bank account, payment card, crypto wallet, or any other off-Platform payment method.

Unused campaign funds and unused credits remaining after a campaign ends, is cancelled, or is otherwise closed may be returned to that Brand’s GIMI organization balance on the Platform. The Brand may then use that GIMI balance to fund other campaigns or other Platform services. Return of unused amounts to the Brand’s GIMI account is not a cash refund and does not create any right to withdraw those amounts off the Platform.

Except where required by applicable law, GIMI has no obligation to reverse, cash out, or transfer Brand deposits, unused campaign funds, or unused credits to any bank account or other external account.
