# Funds, transactions, invoices, and fees

Add funds to GIMI, fund campaigns, review transactions and invoices, and understand platform fees on deposits.

Your organization balance is shown near the bottom of the main navigation. Funds in that balance can be used to fund campaigns and creator rewards.

## How do I add funds?

1. Switch into the correct organization.
2. Find the organization balance and select **Top Up**.
3. Enter the amount and choose the available payment method.
4. Review any applicable fees, confirm, and check that the balance has updated.

Available payment methods may depend on your organization and billing arrangement. For large deposits or invoiced payments, contact your GIMI account representative.

{% hint style="info" %}
GIMI takes a **platform fee on deposits**. The exact rate is shown at top-up or in your commercial agreement. Do not assume the same fee applies to every customer.
{% endhint %}

Recommended practice: top up the main balance and draw from it across campaigns. A **$2,000** starting campaign pool is a common first budget.

## How do I fund a campaign?

1. Review the campaign reward pool and structure.
2. Check your organization balance and add funds if needed.
3. Select **Publish**, confirm campaign funding, and review the live campaign page.

Campaign funds are then used according to the configured reward rules.

## Where can I see creator payments?

Open **Transactions**. Filter by date range, campaign, or payment type, then open an individual transaction for more detail where available.

Records may include date, creator, campaign, reward type, amount, and status. This section is for money in and out of the organization — invoices live in a separate section.

## Where can I find my invoices?

1. Open **Invoices**.
2. Find the billing period or transaction.
3. Open the invoice, review it, and download where available.

Check that your organization’s legal and billing information is correct before requesting invoices. For corrections, contact your GIMI account representative.

## What happens to unused campaign funds?

Treatment of unused campaign funds may depend on the campaign type and account setup. Review the campaign balance and organization transactions after a campaign finishes.

Contact GIMI support or your account representative when you need to reallocate unused funds, extend a campaign, add budget, confirm reserved funds, or correct a funding error.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://gimi.gitbook.io/gimi/for-brands/funds-transactions-invoices-and-fees.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
