Access your **Moderation Dashboard** to see all submissions.

**AI Pre-Filter removes:**

* Spam and bot content
* Clear policy violations
* Off-brand submissions

**You review and decide:**

✅ **Approve** – Meets your standards. Creator earns immediately.\
❌ **Decline** – Doesn't fit. Select rejection reason.

**Auto-Approval:** Content not reviewed within 48 hours automatically approves.

**When to approve:**

* Content follows the brief
* Quality meets your standards
* On-brand and authentic

**When to decline:**

* Off-brief (didn't follow instructions)
* Low quality (poor audio/video)
* Off-brand (doesn't match guidelines)
* Policy violation (spam, false claims)

**Best practices:**

* Review within 24 hours for best creator experience
* Be consistent in your standards
* Always select a rejection reason

* Reward standout quality

**How to Spotlight:**

1. Find approved content you love
2. Click "Spotlight"
3. Higher reward pays automatically
4. Content gets featured visibility

Spotlight 5-10% of approved content to create aspirational examples.

Track challenge performance in real-time:

**Submission Metrics**

* Total submissions
* Approval rate
* Pending review

**Content Performance**

* Total views across platforms
* Engagement (likes, comments, shares)
* Top-performing posts
* Best creators

**Cost Metrics**

* Total spent
* Cost per approved post
* Cost per 1,000 views
* Cost per engagement

Compare against traditional influencer costs to see your ROI.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Private Challenges (Invite-Only)</mark>

Restrict participation to hand-picked creators for quality control and exclusivity.

**Create Invite Links**

1. Select "Private" when creating your challenge
2. Click "Generate Invite Link" on the challenge page
3. Share the unique link with specific people or groups

**Anyone with the link gets automatic access.**

Create multiple links to track different community segments (Discord, ambassadors, VIP creators).

**Manage Members**

Go to the **Members** tab to:

**Approve/Decline Requests:**\
GIMI creators can request access. Review their profile and approve or decline.

**View Current Members:**\
See who has access. Remove members if needed.

**Track Link Performance:**\
See which invite links are being used.
